At StaffVision, we want to be sure that our clients receive all the technical support, assistance, guidance and knowledge we have to offer.

This is why our clients are covered with our Priority Support Service Plan or PSSP. This entitles our clients to prioritized and unlimited software support. Registration to this plan will provide client with toll-free phone and fax support in addition to email support if desired.

Our technical support is based on remote connections using one of a list remote access technology available including Remote Desktop, PCAnywhere, LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, VPN, Terminal Server and Citrix. This is done at the most convenient hours for your business.

The PSSP plan also entitles clients to periodic updates of our software, which we will schedule with you to install.
